T-Prin Panel Sdn. Bhd. is the first private company in South East Asia to employ the new generation of direct printing technology on wood based panel including MDF particleboard and plywood.

PrinBord, the brand of our printed decorative panel, began its commercial production in March 2001 with an Italian technology.

T-Prin was incorporated in early 2000, as an associate company or Tjien Fuat Trading Sdn. Bhd. Tjien Fuat is an established Malaysian wholesaler of wood based panel. The company has been in the trading and distributing business for over 30 years, with customers largely from furniture and housing development industry.

Product
PrinBord is produced by a continuous process of coating and printing system, in which decorative woodgrain or solid color is printed directly onto wood panel. There is no lamination or impregnation involved. The design and color appear on the surface are a product of water based and UV based coating.

It is the most user-friendly board to be used among all laminated boards, both chemically and mechanically. It is strongly recommended for any vertical application including drawer side and bottom, backer, shelve side and front, flush doors and desk.

Customers have a choice to use printed boards as an alternative to Vennered, Melamine or Polyester laminated boards, and to some extent a substitute to PVC or Paper overlay panel. The surface resistance quality of printed board is stronger than paper/ PVC laminated boards. With our application of advance High performance Coating, its surface properties will comes close to melamine faced panel.
